The lamp is supplied with a recharging base and USB cable suitable for international use.
Firstly, make sure the lamp is placed on the charging base and is plugged in to a power socket. Make sure the charging base lights up, the red light will indicate that it is plugged in correctly. If the red light is on, the charger is working. Once the lamp is in position on the base, the lamp's LED will start pulsing indicating charging. The light will remain constant when the charge is full.
The on/off button is located at the base of the lamp. If the remote control isn’t working either put the lamp in closer range or check if the battery in the remote control needs to be replaced.
Your rechargeable LED light is the most energy-efficient form of lighting. All electrical elements including the LED base and recharging disc and remote control have a warranty of one year from purchase. Should you have any electrical issues within the warranty period please contact us for an exchange. If your item is outside the warranty period we can fix or replace your LED or charging base for £30 plus shipping costs.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we’re unable to make changes as orders are processed quickly. Contact us right away and we’ll do our best.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your web order please return your light to our London studio within 10 days of receipt, in the original packaging complete with all accessories, and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Lights are made to order and we do not accept returns unless an item is faulty. For any bespoke or made-to-order items, we do not accept returns. If an item is faulty please inform us within 10 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging. In the event of fault, we will exchange your item (subject to availability). If your choice is no longer available we will offer an alternative or you will be entitled to a refund.
Use our contact form to get in touch and let us know. Please include your name and order number in the email and once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label by email within 24 hours.
Once your return is received and inspected, as long as it is within 10 days of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If your item is no longer in stock an alternative will be offered. If you are unhappy with the alternative you will be entitled to a refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of approval.
